Standard Shipment costs are CHF 5.50 CHF / equivalent in your local currency

Delivery times
Orders placed after 2pm CET will be shipped the following business day.

If the ordered product is in stock, you can expect the delivery times to be approx.
- to Switzerland: 3 - 4 days
- to Germany: 3 - 4 days
- to cities in Europe, USA, Japan: 5 - 10 days
- to Rest of World:  10 - 15 days

Returns and Exchanges

We will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 28 days of dispatch.

Only world class materials are used for the production of Whitebook Tailored Notebooks.
Every Whitebook is manufacured with love and care for the people making and using it, as well as for the environment we live in.
Whitebook Tailored Notebooks comes with a 12 months guarantee for any defect - be it paper, elastic bands or leather cover.
Simply take a picture of the defect and mail it to tailor@whitebook.com. You will receive immediate exchange or instruction to send your Whitebook back for repair.
If the items you return are faulty then we will bear the cost and of their return. You will not be re-charged for delivery of a replacement item.
